2026 Summer Giveaway Terms

Eligibility

The Summer Adventure Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and interns of My Medic, participating giveaway partners, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Official Rules

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of My Medic as final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by My Medic. Participating brands are prize contributors only unless otherwise stated.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM MDT and ends on September 14th, 2026 at 11:59 PM MDT ("Entry Period").

Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit 2026 Summer Giveaway and complete the official entry form by submitting a valid email address.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Entry Period. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other method intended to circumvent these Official Rules are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

My Medic reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Summer Adventure Prize Package, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $5,000.15 USD.

The prize package includes products and experiences from participating brands, including:

  • My Medic
  • Fort Desolation Fest
  • Altra
  • KUHL
  • Nomadix
  • Springbar
  • Goal Zero

Prize contents are subject to change based on product availability. My Medic reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at My Medic's sole discretion.

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The selected winner will be notified using the email address provided during entry within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Giveaway.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, My Medic reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

My Medic is not responsible for email delivery failures caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues beyond its control.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for My Medic and participating giveaway partners to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

Terms and Conditions

My Medic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

My Medic also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless My Medic, Fort Desolation Fest, Altra, KUHL, Nomadix, Springbar, Goal Zero, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

My Medic is not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet failures, incomplete entries, lost communications, delayed transmissions, or any other technical or human errors that may affect the administration of the Giveaway.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, the Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a state or federal court located in Utah. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, as well as attorneys' fees, except where prohibited by law.

Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, send a written request to My Medic within four (4) weeks following the conclusion of the Giveaway.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, WhatsApp, Messenger, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

Acceptance of Official Rules

By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of My Medic regarding the administration of the Giveaway.
