    My Medic replied:
MyFAK line kits include a medication mod with oral pain medication, but things like lidocaine and morphine are controlled substances so we aren’t able to offer those.

I love my myfak mini pro & have recommended it to friends and family. Just took it on its first trip to Philippines & Japan for a month. I only needed to dip in once during scuba dives & twice during Mt. Fuji one-day summit (2x for locals and the once due to tearing my ACL, MCL and meniscus. Needed the 800mg of ibuprofen & used the tape from the sprain pack to tape a GoPro accessory to stabilize the kneecap since there was no one else on the mountain during a night descent. Covered me for the next 4 hours hiking & got me through the next two days until I could get home! However, the zipper ripped the second time and the contents inside were also extremely wet. So that’s a bummer. I need a tough fabric & seams. A good item to mirror are the marine issued Camelbak. You can put them through hell & they look new with dry contents! PRO: I was able to carry the mini myfak pro as a back Fanny pack up the mountain, keeping my load light & bare bones. Packs were easy to use in a pinch. Triple antibiotic ointment & super skin are great! CON: all contents were wet due to light mist which you’ll get on most summits. A waterproof hard case with a carrying strap would not be feasible on a bare bones summit.
Fishpond also does great waterproofing cases but does not have the great organization of the Ifak mini pro.

Is there a pro upgrade kit so I can keep the fak I have but just add whatever was missing from the pro?

    My Medic replied:
There is! The Trauma Pro Med Pack contains all Pro supplies and can be found under the Med Pack – Bleed section or type it into the search bar! There’s also the Bleed Stopper Med Pack which is specifically meant for traumatic bleeds.
