Where are your kits built?

All First Aid Kits are made at our headquarters in North Salt Lake, Utah. We seek out the best First Aid supplies on Earth. Our products are sourced from several countries including the United States, Germany, Israel, Canada, China, South Africa, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

FSA/HSA approved?

All products on our site are HSA/FSA approved, with the exception of some survival tools such as the Leatherman Raptor, fire starters, etc. Please use your HSA/FSA card at checkout. Your insurance company may want an itemized receipt to approve your purchase, so please reach out to us and we can send you a PDF.

What is the My Medic Lifetime warranty?

Every My Medic bag is built for the moments that matter and backed for life. We build our first aid kit bags to be there when everything else goes wrong. We believe in our bags so much that we back every one with a Lifetime Warranty that's as tough as the bag itself: if your My Medic bag ever fails, even from normal wear and tear, we'll replace it.

Do you offer discounts for X?

Is there a PDF version of the What’s Inside Guide?

No there is not, however all of our kits will come with hang tags with all the items listed in the future.

Can I switch out the Rapid Tourniquet to a Windlass Tourniquet?

On select kits we now offer the option to choose between a RATS Tourniquet or a Windlass Tourniquet. This option is only available on the MyFAK Mini, MyFAk, MyFAK Large and the Recon kits. Soon we might add that option to more of our kits.
