Our Lifetime Warranty

Every My Medic bag is built for the moments that matter and backed for life.

We build our first aid kit bags to be there when everything else goes wrong. We believe in our bags so much that we back every one with a Lifetime Warranty as tough as the bag itself: if your My Medic bag ever fails you, we'll replace it.

No warranty cards. No registration.

What's Covered

Your Lifetime Warranty covers all normal wear and tear on the bag or case your kit lives in, for as long as you own it. Zippers, seams and stitching, straps, handles, buckles, MOLLE, and the fabric itself: if any of it fails, it's covered.

A bag that wore out doing its job is exactly what this warranty is for. If years of real use have worn your bag to the point it can no longer protect your supplies, we'll replace it.

The warranty covers the original owner and isn't transferable. It belongs to you and your bag. If your exact model has been retired by the time you file a claim, we'll swap in the closest current equivalent of equal or greater value.

What's Not Covered

We keep the exclusions short, because a warranty you can't use isn't a warranty.

• The supplies inside. Bandages, medications, and other first aid contents are single-use consumables with expiration dates, so they're not covered by the warranty. Our Kit Refills make restocking easy.
• Loss or theft. The warranty covers a bag that fails, not one that goes missing. (Worried about a package disappearing in transit? That's exactly what our Package Protection add-on at checkout covers.)
• Intentional damage or alteration. Cutting, burning, or modifying your bag voids coverage.
• Cosmetic aging that doesn't affect function. Fading, scuffs, and battle scars are character. Your bag still works, and we think it looks better that way.

How to Make a Claim

1. Email us at ouch@mymedic.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."
2. Include three things: a photo or short video of the issue, a quick description of what happened, and your order number if you have it. (No order number? Just tell us roughly when and where you bought it and we'll work with you.)
3. We'll respond within 2 business days with your resolution. In most cases we'll ship a replacement bag at no cost to you: the same model, or the closest current equivalent if yours has been discontinued.

You keep your supplies; the warranty replaces the bag. You won't need to mail the old bag back to us. Before your replacement ships, we'll just ask for a photo of the old bag and proof that it's been destroyed.

The Fine Print

This warranty applies to My Medic–branded bags, packs, pouches, and cases purchased from mymedic.com or an authorized retailer. Replacement is our standard remedy. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
