Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we are experiencing supply chain delays, shipments may be delayed by a few weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and we offer free shipping for orders over $49.
We do our very best to process your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible, however, once your order is picked up by our shipping providers, delivery and transit delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MyMedic ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and P.O. Box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
MyMedic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, MyMedic does take liability for items damaged before shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We highly recommend that the customer purchases Route insurance for their order. This is insurance that your order will arrive and protect it if it gets damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

Customs and Duty Fees
MyMedic is not responsible for any customs or duty fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, import fees, etc.).
