How To Use:

  1. 1. Apply the tourniquet as high up on the injured limb as possible
  2. 2. Take out the slack by tightening the velcro strap
  3. 3. Twist the windlass rod until bleeding stops
  4. 4. Lock the rod into clip and write the current time down
